SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply when you opt in to receive text messages from Omada Real Estate.

Program name and message types

The program is operated by Omada Real Estate. Messages may relate to your real estate inquiry, property opportunities, home valuations, market information, appointment coordination, and related follow-up.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message, and no further marketing text messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using Omada Real Estate’s services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number you provide and that you have authority to consent to messages at that number.

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to Omada Real Estate.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms periodically. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued participation after an update is subject to the updated terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
